Customer satisfaction is out number one priority. If that becomes impossible, certain products can be returned. Understandably, there are some limitations.
The Returns Policy is described below. It covers all aspects of what can be returned, when it can be returned, and how the returns process works. The Returns Policy applies to all products around the world, except where it’s contravened by laws in country, in which case all local country laws shall apply.
Services aren’t returnable or refundable. Each service is custom and executed for a particular customer. Services include, but aren’t limited to: Website Design, Social Media campaigns, setups, pages, links, blogs, articles, advertising campaigns, awareness campaigns, marketing, sales campaigns, and e-commerce. This list of services isn’t exhaustive and will also change as the business changes.
Some services, including, but not limited to, website maintenance and hosting, are billable and payable in advance. Returns of such products and all subscription products are not allowed. Prorated refunds for unused subscription periods are not available.

Digital products, including, but not limited to, software, images, designs, and all other virtual and digital products are not returnable and are not refundable unless defective.

Any product to be returned must meet the following conditions:
- They must be new, in original packaging, with all accessories.
- You bought them from Turnabot and can provide documentation.
- You must submit an RMA request to Turnabot within 30 days of sale.
- Product that is listed as “not returnable,” “end of sale,” “no returns or exchanges” or other, similar designator may not be returned unless received defective or damaged.
- Product shipping costs are not refundable.
We must receive the returned product within 30 days of sale.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping, tariffs, and other costs of returning product to Turnabot.
You must include the RMA number with the shipment.

We will issue refunds within 6-8 weeks of physical receipt of the RMA at Turnabot.
We will issue refunds in the same payment medium as the purchase.
