The RPM of your Tire should equal your Wheel. If you are direct driving the Wheel then it should also match the Gearbox Output Shaft. If you have gears or pulleys be sure to include those ratios to get to your Tire RPM.

The "Time to cover Distance" is useful to get an idea of how long it will take to cross an arena.
